Refund policy

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us within 14 days from date of dispatch and be in an unused condition. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also include your original invoice, or a copy of your order number. All returns should be mailed to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@liftinggiants.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
